Refunds & Warranty:
Types of Warranty -
- No questions asked money back = Refund for any reason, no questions asked refund if returned within 7 days (10% restocking fee on all items above $100).
- 7 day DOA = If the item is completely non functioning it is DOA and will be fully refunded if returned within 7 days, this does not include items that need repairs, calibration, batteries, extra parts, etc..
- Sold as is = All sales are final / no refunds under any conditions.
Buyers please be aware refunds do NOT include any postage costs under any circumstances!
Items that have been damaged in transit while being returned will not be refunded.
Refunds will not be given for items that have been lost, damaged or delayed in transit, and it is the sole responsibility of the buyer to request optional insurance to cover any loss or damage.
